So inspired by this lovely and simple site...stay tuned for a week of breakfasts. Sunday: avocado and grilled capsicum on a wholewheat roll and a 3 minute egg. (can you see the camera reflection on my knife?). 9am.
I can't believe how picturesque and healthy your breakfasts look! Come on, really? You eat like this all the time? My breakfasts are.... well, I don't usually eat breakfast until afternoon and then it's eaten on the run. I do have hot cereal quite often. Yum. Maybe I should clear off my dining room table and make more of an effort to eat with intent.
